“The State of Kansas should further enact laws that protect unborn children. I recognize an exception to this policy in the case of rape/incest or if the life of the mother is threatened.”

“As a Libertarian, my first reaction to abortion is to permit a woman to make this decision without government interference. However, as a Libertarian, I also believe that my right to act is limited by the harm that my action would cause to another. Because I believe that the fetus is a human being, I cannot ignore the harm which is caused by the abortion.”

“My first advertising hits six newspapers and two radio stations this week. I'm not on the August 2nd primary ballot, I'll be on the November 8th General Election ballot. In 2022 the pro-choice position will almost certainly receive better protection in the supreme court. But all such questions should be debated in the legislature where the public's voice can be heard. You can hear the radio ads on my website at”
