After all the really extreme abortion Bills normally are sponsored by men. HB 2181 outlawing IVF introduced by the Incumbent, Brett Fairchild, the prime example. Not an isolated or occasional event, as Fairchild's name appears on many others like House Bill No. 2492 which would make it unlawful to prescribe mifepristone.
