“In August 2022, Kansans said yes to freedom when they said no to restricting abortion. House District 46 voted no at over 80%. I am a firm believer that this is a very private matter and there is no space in the doctors office for a pregnant person, their doctor, and the Kansas Legislature. The legislature should not be taking any actions to restrict access to reproductive care because the people have spoken.”

“On the 2nd anniversary of Roe v. Wade’s repeal, we reflect on the profound changes in reproductive rights. Let’s reaffirm our commitment to bodily autonomy, healthcare equity, and personal freedom. Kansans resoundingly said yes to freedom when we voted No on August 2nd. Despite this, we are seeing our Republican led legislature continuing to circumvent the will of the people. Support leaders, policies, and organizations that safeguard reproductive rights for all. #RoeVWade #ReproductiveRights”

“Normalize abortion care not being attached to some traumatic event to explain why #AbortionIsHealthcare. Women shouldn’t have to present traumatic stories for their reason for seeking an abortion to be valid.”

“Making abortion care harder to access doesn’t stop abortions, they make them unsafe. My great-aunt Boopy, in the 1940s, got unsafe abortion care and couldn’t have kids after that. She was one of the lucky ones because she lived.”

“Making abortion illegal just makes it unsafe for women without means to travel. Anti-choice/forced-birth policies will force women to seek desperate means to seek reproductive healthcare. Women will not go back!”
