This legislator is dangerous. Their position on abortion is completely out of touch: advocating for some of the most extreme abortion bans being considered right now.
Call your legislator and make it clear that they are going too far. Try to urge them to walk away from their most extreme positions.
“When a Woman Legislator carried a Bill on the House floor to prohibit the prescribing of mifepristone using telemedicine, I was disappointed. After all the really extreme abortion Bills normally are sponsored by men. HB 2181 outlawing IVF introduced by the Incumbent, Brett Fairchild, the prime example. Not an isolated or occasional event, as Fairchild's name appears on many others like House Bill No. 2492 which would make it unlawful to prescribe mifepristone. Similar legislation passed in Oklahoma and Texas resulting in the removal of Title X funding. #ksleg”
