During Tim’s service in the State House, he championed our conservative values by voting to cut taxes, protect life, and strengthen Georgia’s immigration laws. Tim will always stand to protect the 2nd Amendment. He is also grateful to be supported by the pro-life community in the past and will continue to be 100% pro-life in the future.

The Georgia Right to Life PAC is pleased to endorse 100% pro-life Timothy Bearden in the February 13, 2024 special general election to the Georgia State Senate to represent District 30. Tim is grateful for the support of the pro-life community confirming that he will continue to be 100% pro-life in the future. Tim believes that we need to make certain that end-of-life care decisions are made by the patient and/or family members, not government agencies. He believes that neither governmental agencies nor judges should have the authority to decide who lives or dies in Georgia.
