When asked about his opinion on Amendment 4, which would limit government interference with abortion, Brass said: "These amendments on the ballot are very inflammatory this year and a lot of people are basing their selection of their candidates based on these amendments right now and I think that it's great that all of the amendments are on the ballot this year because it truly gives the people of the State of Florida the ultimate voice on what they want to see with these amendments. As far as how I stand on them, that's between me and The Ballot Box, and that's how it's going to stay." (43:50–44:18)
