We can't find a statement

For now, let’s assume they plan to follow party lines and vote anti-choice.

We don’t believe abortion rights should be a partisan issue, but if they aren’t talking about it, there’s no reason to think they’ll go against their party.

Vote YES on Amendment 4

Amendment 4 will limit government interference with abortion in Florida. It blocks the implementation of laws that prohibit, delay, or restrict abortion access. If passed, Amendment 4 will nullify the current Florida abortion ban and provide a constitutional right to abortion before viability.

The latest from Rico

“I believe in supporting life at all stages and ensuring that families have the resources they need to thrive. This means providing support to young mothers, improving adoption services, and offering counseling for those facing difficult decisions. No woman should feel that her circumstances leave her without options. My focus is on creating a system that values and empowers individuals and families, giving them the tools and support they need throughout their lives.”

When asked 'Do you support Florida's current six-week abortion law? If not, what would you change?' Smith answered: “The question of abortion will be on the ballot this November. Regardless of my personal views, the Supreme Court of Florida has determined that this decision lies with the voters of our state. Once the voters have made their voices heard, it will be our responsibility as legislators to discuss and determine the next steps based on the will of the people.”
