Let’s meet

Kim Kline

Candidate for State Rep,
Florida House District 2

The proof:

“I am glad Amendment 4 is on the ballot. It is such a personal and polarizing issue that each individual voter should have a say in what kind of access is available here. I do not believe the initiative would have happened if the legislature had not passed the 6 week ban, which I believe has a host of enforcement and legal concerns, and which may have unintended consequences for physicians and prenatal care. I worry about the fate of IVF under this law. Legal uncertainty might also influence a doctor's ability to offer the safest prenatal care for patients.”

What to do now:

Vote YES on Amendment 4

Amendment 4 will limit government interference with abortion in Florida. It blocks the implementation of laws that prohibit, delay, or restrict abortion access. If passed, Amendment 4 will nullify the current Florida abortion ban and provide a constitutional right to abortion before viability.
