Take Action

What to do now:

Tell Justin how important abortion rights are to you:

This legislator has made their anti-choice position clear. They intend to enact laws that would further limit access to abortion.

What to say:

Call your legislator to share how important abortion rights are to you. While you're on the phone, try to gain a deeper understanding of their exact position.

  • Introduce yourself, including your relation to the district.
  • Emphasize your role in the local community.
  • Explain why abortion rights are important to you.
  • Ask if they will commit to voting for any legislation that will protect the right to an abortion.
  • If they say no, ask which abortion restrictions they are pushing for.

And while you're at it…

Vote yes on Proposition 139!

Arizonans deserve the freedom to make our own healthcare decisions. The Arizona Abortion Access Act is a proposed Constitutional amendment that would establish a fundamental right to abortion. It’s based on the very-Arizona idea that people have a right to individual autonomy, including in our healthcare decisions, without unnecessary government interference.

“I don't care about Ohio and Kansas, because I don't base my morality on political results. Even if all 300 million Americans supported abortion. I would still believe it was wrong and would argue against it. This isn't a political game for me where I change my positions depending on what's popular.”

“Ok, why don't we just tell young girls to freeze their eggs and then get their tubes tied. They can still attempt IVF later for the paulty amount of $50k. Problem solved! How about we stop advancing young people to sterilize themselves as a solution to abortion?”

True. And there is birth control, condoms, morning-after-pills. Even if she chooses an abortion, no state in the union have outlawed abortion entirely, even the reddest mostly have only 12 to 15 week bans. So this would only impact a "mistake" where the teenager takes no precautions, gets pregnant, then waits 4-5 months before deciding to get an abortion. Even then, only 2 states have rules against going to another state for an abortion.(which will not be enforced) So the hysteria around abortion laws is really not going to effect anyone who made a mistake.

Why is the democratic solution to every difficult situation to kill more babies!? Hey, Az Catholics? How do you like Democrats labeling you hateful "Christo Nationalists" for being pro-life.
