Later, Tina Royal said she was impressed with Harris’ performance and believed it would energize Black North Carolinians to get out and vote. “When she talked about Obama Care and possibly losing that and she talked about abortion rights that energizes people,” Royal said. “So I think that energy coming from her today, that lit the room on fire."
