The latest from Nikki

“My opponent is largely silent on women's reproductive rights. I find that worrisome. Maybe he is quiet because 66% of House District 49 voted NO back in August of 2022. Sadly, many of my colleagues in the Kansas Legislature are quietly being backed by extreme groups who orchestrated that failed constitutional amendment to infringe on women’s reproductive rights. They just don’t listen. We need representatives who prioritize reproductive freedom. That’s why I’m running for re-election.”

“Today is the second anniversary of the Dobbs decision that essentially reversed Roe v. Wade. Im proud that Kansas spoke up that fall and pushed back on extremist efforts to change the Kansas Constitution by striking the right we have to bodily autonomy. Im proud to say that this amendment was defeated by a large margin & sent a strong to the country.”
